Professional Highlights:
Roberta E. Greene has been employed with Gershberg & Associates, LLC since October 1990. Ms. Greene started as a Collections Department clerk and transitioned to become the firm’s Financial Administrative Assistant working closely with Mr. Gershberg on accounting, Human Resource matters, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable as well as the opening & closing of files and general office management.
Ms. Greene has always been interested in “people stories” and varying cultures and coupling that with her attention to detail to begin learning the field of Immigration, assisting Mr. Gershberg and the associate attorney on cases as needed. Starting in mid-2010, she began to work more closely with Mr. Gershberg as an Immigration assistant when the existing Paralegal moved out of state with her husband. By 2012 she became a full-time Immigration Paralegal working closely with Mr. Gershberg and clients to file their petitions. Ms. Greene’s specialty is Relative Petitions and Naturalization. In 2018, she was an integral part of the firm obtaining Permanent Residency status through Labor Certification for six Jamaican National teachers and their families on behalf of St. Mary’s County Public Schools.

Roberta E. Greene served on the Total Parent Group Executive Board of the Union Baptist Harvey Johnson Head Start program and the Sisters in the Spirit faith-based youth social group, both of Baltimore, Maryland.
